Lakshmi Ramakrishnan known for her sound performance in “Yuddhan Sei” is ready with her directorial debut “Aarohanam”. The film will be release by july 27 a couple of weeks ago independence day before biggies hit the screen.
The debut director says many of them queried her about the title. Aarohanam is a sanskrit word deonoting the ascending of swarams in music says Lakshmi Ramakrishna. She also clarifies her film is not on musical genre and it depicts the life of a middle-class women who withstands and upcomes struggles in everyday life.
The film has an ensemble cast of Abhinay, Viresh, Vijaysarathy, Jai Guheni, Sampath, Jayaprakash, Viji, and Uma Padmanaban playing a vital role.
